25 years after the movie was released, the original 964 Porsche 911 Turbo starring "Bad Boy" is about to go up for auction. In addition to starring in Hollywood movies, the special thing about this 911 is that it is one of only 350 prototypes built for the American market in the 1994 model year.

This is the last year that the 964-generation 911 Turbo provides rear-wheel drive. Power is provided by a turbocharged 3.6-liter six-cylinder engine that produces 355 horsepower and 384 pound-feet of torque, which is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission.

This movie car has a black, black leather interior and is owned by Michael Bay, who sold it to filmmaker Pat Sandstone. In 2005, it was sold to the current owner. In 2008, the 911 was sold to the Matthew Drendel collection before being bought back. After appearing in the Bad Boys, the beautiful black 911 Turbo has won numerous awards, including the first place in the 2016 Jay Peak Elegance Competition, the 2015 Lick Porsche Parade Restoration in France, and the 2014 Pinehurst Elegance Competition. It appeared on the red carpet in 2020 for the premiere of "Bad Boy's Life".

Although there are 34,396 miles on the odometer, the movie car seems to be in good condition. There is no auction estimate, but we expect the iconic 911 Turbo to sell for a big price when it is auctioned at the Mecum Kissimmee auction in Florida in January next year.
